How We Handle Your Clothing

Drop Off & Check In (7:00 AM-3:00 PM)

Drop off your order between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. We weigh your laundry at check-in and provide your pick-up time before you leave.

Care Preferences

Choose Tide, dye-and-scent-free detergent, and/or provide your own. Optional white boosters include OxiClean and/or Clorox bleach, plus Bounce dryer sheets and/or Snuggle liquid softener.

Wash & Dry

We never mix customer orders. Each order is washed and dried separately, and machines are labeled with customer names to keep every load correctly tracked.

Fold and Bag

Items are folded by tier selection and packed for easy transport. Busy Body Express same-day service requires drop-off between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

Pickup

Orders are ready on the selected timeline. Need recurring support? Ask about weekly and commercial service options.

Stain Treatment & Safety Policy

We stain treat when it is pointed out at drop-off and do our best to remove it.
If a stain does not come out fully, we air-dry the item so the stain does not set.
No blood, urine, or feces on clothing. Items must be rinsed thoroughly before drop-off. A $10 soil fee applies to orders that arrive with blood, urine, or feces on garments.

Bachelor's Special: wash and dry without folding, next-day pickup
Family Bargain: wash, dry, fold, and bag service, next-day pickup
Busy Body Express: wash, dry, fold, and bag service, same-day pickup with drop-off window of 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Drop Off & Check In: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM. We provide your pick-up time when your order is weighed in.
Minimum: 14 pounds on all wash, dry, fold options
Bag policy: WDF orders over 30 lb will receive a nylon Lottie's Laundromat logo'd bag.
Pickup/Delivery bags: All pick-up/delivery orders will receive a complimentary Lottie's Laundromat logo'd bag.

Cleanliness and Upkeep

Lottie's is swept and mopped twice daily, and machines are cleaned every single week. These routines support the clean, reliable, neighborhood-first experience customers expect.

Machines are wiped down as needed throughout the day.
Lint trays are cleaned every morning.

Do you offer same-day wash, dry, fold service?

Yes. Busy Body Express is same-day for orders dropped off between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

What is the minimum order for wash, dry, fold?

Customers will be charged 14 lbs for anything under that amount.

Do you sell detergent and fabric softener on-site?

Yes. The vending machine includes detergent, fabric softener, and drawstring delicate bags.

Do you provide commercial laundry service?
