How Family Bargain Works

Drop Off & Check In

Drop off your order between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM, then we weigh it with you and confirm pickup timing.

Wash & Dry

Each order is processed separately and tracked by customer name so nothing gets mixed.

Fold, Bag, Pickup

Your laundry is folded and bagged for next-day pickup, ready for closets and drawers.

Policy and Quality Notes

We stain treat when pointed out at drop-off and do our best to remove it.
If a stain does not fully come out, we air-dry the item so it does not set.
No blood, urine, or feces on clothing. Items must be rinsed before drop-off.
A $10 soil fee applies to orders that arrive with blood, urine, or feces on garments.
